We are a consulting firm specialized in chemical and petrochemical processes, working on development, optimization, troubleshooting, and process safety projects for industries across the most varied segments.

At the helm of the company is Dr. Carlos Eduardo Pantoja, a chemical engineer with over 30 years of industrial experience, holding a Ph.D. and post-doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with a specialization in chemical and petrochemical processes from the University of Bologna (ENI-SOGESTA) and an MSc from the Institute for Technological Research of the State of São Paulo (IPT). His research on intensified crystallization processes was published in Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, one of the most prestigious journals in the field.

This combination of academic rigor and industrial experience places Polychem Consulting in a unique market position: capable of deeply understanding the phenomena governing each process and translating them into practical, safe, and economically viable solutions.
